”Individual paths of journalists: Qualitative longitudinal research” is a project that follows the lives and careers of 40 young journalists for ten years. The ambitious project produces knowledge about the changing media landscape through the individual lens. It has been estimated that journalism students of today, will navigate between various types of media and communication jobs in the field of communication. Does this hold true in Finland? Funding is sought for the first three years.
